Phase 6:
COMMUNICATE your Findings

After all the hard work you have done to evaluate your program, the last phase is to communicate the "picture" of your program to internal and external audiences.  To successfully accomplish this, there are four simple steps you can follow:

  • Identify the stakeholders, or intended users, for your evaluation.
  • Identify what specific information each of your intended users need.
  • Identify how your intended users would like to learn about evaluation results.
  • Present clear, meaningful information that considers the audience and stakeholders of the program.
