Regardless of whether evaluation results are positive or negative, the actual success of any evaluation effort is measured by whether or not the information produced in the evaluation is actually used by stakeholders to make decisions about program improvement and sustainability.  With the information overload people experience in our technological age, it is necessary not to just community evaluation results, but to assist stakeholders in making use if such information.
