The Evaluation Process
Evaluation refers to a periodic process of gathering data and analyzing it in such a way that the resulting information can be used to determine whether an organization or program is effectively carrying out planned activities. An evaluation can also illustrate the extent to which an organization or program is achieving its stated objectives and anticipated results. ICVP’s evaluation process is a seven phase procedure. These phases are intended to serve as a roadmap for designing and implementing an effective program evaluation.
